Watering System

  • - Our irrigation system is equipped with stainless steel nipple drinkers installed on PVC pipes that run through the cage along the center of the partition side panels.
  • - The V-shaped water discharge trough located beneath the nipples prevents excess wastewater from reaching the manure belt.
  • - The BF-75 model has three stainless steel nipples in each compartment.
  • - Thanks to the medicator system, the required amount of medicine and vitamins can be mixed into the drinking water at the desired ratio and distributed evenly.

Egg Collection System

  • - The most important factor during the egg collection process is minimizing cracks and fractures in the eggs.
  • - We offer two different egg collection systems. The Elevator Egg Collection System collects each block and each floor sequentially at the same time, while the Waterfall Egg Collection System also collects each floor and block simultaneously in an orderly manner.
  • - Eggs are transferred to the conveyor via egg belts running along the line and are transported to the egg room in a precise, fast, and reliable way.

Manure Discharing System

  • - The manure extraction system uses polypropylene (plastic) manure belts located under each floor.
  • - The belts are cleaned by scrapers positioned at the end of the line.
  • - Manure collected through the belts is transported outside the poultry house via conveyors.
