BF - 40 Broiler Breeder Cage

The BigFarm BF–40 Broiler Breeder Cage System is an integrated solution developed to increase order and efficiency in broiler breeder production. Its homogeneous feeding system supports equal and safe nutrition for every bird. Hygienic watering is provided through stainless steel nipples installed on PVC lines; the V drainage trough prevents excess water from reaching the manure belt, while the medicator ensures uniform distribution of vitamins and medications. With polypropylene manure belts and scrapers, cleaning is simplified, and thanks to the egg belts, eggs are safely transported to the egg room via the conveyor with a reduced risk of cracks and breakage.

Watering System

Watering System

  • - The watering system consists of stainless steel nipples mounted on PVC pipes running along the full length of the cage through the center of the side partition panels.
  • - Each cage section is equipped with 2 stainless steel nipples.
  • - The “V” water drainage trough running beneath the nipples prevents excess wastewater from reaching the manure belt.
  • - Thanks to the medicator system, the desired amount of medicine and vitamins can be mixed into the drinking water at the preferred ratio and distributed evenly to all birds.

Manure Discharing System

  • - The manure removal system operates with polypropylene (plastic) manure belts installed beneath each tier.
  • - Belt cleaning is carried out by scrapers located at the end of the line.
  • - Manure collected via the belts is transported outside the poultry house through conveyor systems, ensuring hygienic and efficient waste removal.
