Watering System

Watering System

  • - Our irrigation system is made with stainless metal nipples on "PVC" pipes that pass through the cage from the middle of our cage partition side panels.
  • - The "V" water discharge trough passing under the nipples prevents excess wastewater from reaching the manure belt.
  • - BF – 60 Model has 2 stainless nipples in each eye.
  • - Thanks to the medicator system, the desired amount of medicine and vitamin can be mixed into drinking water at the desired rate and distributed evenly.

  • - Our feeding systems ensure that the feed is distributed homogeneously, safely and quickly.
  • - Our feeders are designed in a way that the distributed feed can reach every floor at the same time and without spilling over.

Egg Collection System

Egg Collection System

  • - The most important thing to consider during the egg collection process is to minimize cracks and fractures in the eggs.
  • - We have 2 different systems for collecting eggs. The Elevator Egg Collection System collects each block from each floor row at the same time, while the Waterfall Egg Collection System collects each floor and each block at the same time.
  • - Eggs and eggs are transferred to the conveyor line along the bands by means of a sensitive, fast and reliable way and moved into the egg chamber.

Manure Discharing System

  • - The fertilizer removal system is made with POLYPROPYLENE (plastic) fertilizer tape located under each floor.
  • - The belt is cleaned with scrapers located at the end of the line.
  • - The fertilizers collected through the belts are transported out of the chicken coop via conveyors.
