The manure removal system operates with polypropylene (PP) manure belts installed beneath each tier of the cage system. This solution significantly reduces odor levels and maintains a cleaner and healthier poultry house environment.
Scrapers located at the end of each belt line ensure continuous belt cleaning. The system features a robust and durable structure, providing high efficiency, especially in large-scale poultry houses.
Manure collected via the belts is transported outside the poultry house through conveyor systems, enabling efficient and hygienic waste discharge.
In alternative configurations, manure falling into a deep pit located beneath the cages is removed at scheduled intervals. This method offers a simple, cost-effective, and long-lasting manure management solution.
Plastic manure belts installed beneath each tier collect the manure and transfer it to the horizontal conveyor inside the poultry house. The horizontal conveyor is typically installed inside a floor-level pit, allowing manure to be safely collected, guided, and managed in a controlled manner.
